South Lafourche Flash Basketball is the home of our summer basketball programs, featuring the Lady Flash, Flash Boys Teams, and the Flash Developmental League. The program is designed to provide players with opportunities to develop their skills, compete at a high level, and continue growing their love for the game throughout the summer while representing the Down the Bayou basketball community.
South Lafourche Biddy Basketball (SLBB) is the home of youth basketball in Lower Lafourche Parish, providing opportunities for young athletes to learn, play, and grow through the game of basketball. The league offers recreational basketball for children ages 4–6, along with opportunities to compete during the All-Star season.

SLBB is part of the National Biddy Basketball Organization and has built a strong tradition of success, capturing National Championships in 2013 and 2025. Each year, the league serves a vibrant community of players, with 400 to 600 participants annually.

Registration for the upcoming season typically begins on August 1st.
